About the contributors...
Brittany, a "retired" flight attendant turned stylist, found her love for fashion through the hit TV show, "What Not to Wear."Watching Stacy London and Cinton Kelly change women's lives through fashion made Brittany realize that she wanted to do the same. Brittany explains,

There is nothing I am more passionate about than making people feel wonderful and reach their full beauty potential. When I hear someone tell me I helped them get out of their comfort zone or boosted their self confidence I know I did my job.

For the past few years, Brittany has been working at Nordstrom as a personal stylist in various departments, such as  t.b.d., Point of View, and dresses. On her off days, Brittany does hairstyling out of her own home. She received her license from Taylor Andrews Academy of Hair Design and does everything from cuts and styling to color.

My hopes and intentions is for this blog to help inspire everyone with outfitting and styling, but also help those who need it. Whether you are a mom on the go, working woman,  homemaker, or student, I hope this site inspires you to find your inner fashionista!

Madeleine, the newest edition to Locks to Louboutins, is a spunky redhead artist and a California native. Growing up, Madeleine found her artistic talent by mimicking drawings from vintage X-Men comics. After gaining enough talent to draw without the comics as a guide, she began to design different costumes for her favorite heroes-- Polaris, Psylocke, Jean Grey, and Wolverine. High school was when Madeleine discovered her love for fashion after seeing The Devil Wears Prada in theaters. She got back into her art and began to design clothes and red-carpet-ready ball gowns. She also created her own blog, inspired by the tragic passing of Alexander McQueen, that entertained her through high school and college. Recently, Madeleine graduated from Furman University in South Carolina with a bachelors in art history. Upon coming home, she met Brittany as they both worked for Nordstrom in the t.b.d department and teamed up together to tackle the cyber fashion world.
